01 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting features, and promotions on the 9q999 platform. By accessing the 9q999 website or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at 9q999, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
  • Each person may create only one account.
  • You must register the account for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
  • You must keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

9q999 reserves the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts are operated from the same household or IP address. Operating multiple accounts by the same person will be treated as fraud, and all related accounts will be permanently closed, with deposited funds subject to forfeiture.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

9q999 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. At the time of registration or at any point thereafter, we may request the following documents for identity verification:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account.
  • Proof of address (such as a utility bill).

9q999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and the balance may be forfeited.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

For depositing funds at 9q999, we support Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds must come from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for verified accounts is within 1 hour. Please ensure the following when making a withdrawal request:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • If fraud is suspected, 9q999 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9q999 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,000, making your total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires completing bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only.
  • 9q999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of bonus abuse.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  • If promotion terms change, 9q999 will notify members in advance before the change takes effect.
  • Offers are available for a limited time and are subject to conditions.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets placed at 9q999 are considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, the decision of 9q999 management will be considered final.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the user's account. However, if the event is completed within the scheduled timeframe, the result will be considered valid.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical disruption occurs during a game or betting session for any reason, 9q999 will determine the outcome based on server logs. The result recorded by the server will be considered final. 9q999 will not be liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection.

07 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

9q999 is committed to complete fair play. Any of the following activities will be treated as fraud and will result in immediate account closure:

  • Operating games using bots or automated software.
  • Attempting to control bet or game outcomes by colluding with other members.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or information.
  • Dishonestly exploiting any technical error in the system.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

If suspicious activity is detected, 9q999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Bans

You may request to close your 9q999 account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before submitting the request. All active bonuses and wagering requirements will be cancelled upon account closure.

10.2 Closure by 9q999

9q999 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Providing false information regarding age or identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or attempts to manipulate the system.

The bonus balance of a permanently closed account will be forfeited. If a valid cash balance remains after investigation, 9q999 will consider returning it.

11 Limitation of Liability

9q999 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, or issues with the user's own device or internet connection. However, if a fault in 9q999's own service occurs due to our own cause, we will take appropriate action in that regard.

  • 9q999 does not guarantee any potential earnings from gaming outcomes.
  • The user is responsible for unauthorised access to their own account, unless it is proven to have occurred due to a fault in 9q999's system.
  • 9q999's total liability will never exceed the value of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms

9q999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify members as early as possible. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
